Documents vs. rights — the honest version
Printing a Housing Letter, DOT form, or Certificate doesn't grant you legal rights. Your rights come from the ADA, the Fair Housing Act, and the Air Carrier Access Act based on your disability and your animal's trained tasks. These documents make it easier to demonstrate those rights in practice — they're not a substitute for them.

Reflective, working-dog-grade gear — reflective for low-light visibility, sized by neck or chest measurement. Service Dog harnesses ship in red; ESA harnesses ship in blue.

Add-ons are tied to your registration — you can't buy them à la carte without an active account. This is intentional; it's how we keep our printed IDs from ending up on Amazon.

Open the Replacements tab in your dashboard, tell us what happened (transit loss, damage, or a printing error on our end), and we'll ship a replacement free.
