"Decent card, wish training resources were included"

Three stars. The ID card is fine, the verification page works, and honestly I don't regret paying. But for the price I expected at least some linked training material — a PDF, a video, anything about public-access manners. Instead you get a registration and a certificate. If all you need is documentation, it's fine. If you thought you were buying training help, read carefully first.

Four stars. Everything works — the verification page scans cleanly, the handler ID photo is sharp, the housing letter was accepted. Only nitpick: the QR code on the ID card is smaller than on some other registries. Older gate agents with worse camera focus sometimes needed two tries. Not a deal breaker, but I'd spring for a bigger QR if there was a v2.
