"This service was great, I had no issues"
I was very worried at first for using this service. It did work for our rental. I was pleased about that. My dog is a German Shepherd Rottweiler mix. He is trained. I would definitely use this service again, and I highly recommend. All I had to do is show my registration and they would verify it and it was all good. FYI It's only good for a year unless you choose lifetime.

This really came in handy when I needed to pay for my dog to live with me but in a cheaper way. My dog has definitely been an emotional support animal for me and calms me down in so many ways, but I couldn’t afford to go to the doctor and actually get diagnosed to have one nor could I pay the fees to have a pet so I got him qualified as an ESA through here and it was the best decision I made. Now I can have my dog and not break my pockets to afford him.

We were looking for some better, more obvious way to demonstrate that we had a Service Dog. While we had a letter from a professional that one was recommended, it was still awkward and disclosed more information than the law required. Hooking up with US Service Animal Registrar was awesome because we now have all the visible documentation that makes it easy to show those who ask for proof. The documentation is so professionally done and easy to use. The personalized materials were produced and shipped promptly and we appreciate all the help and education that were were provided. I only have two small issues. The email that said that our package ws delivered 3 times over 5 days....a minor system glitch. The other was a message that I sent on how to put the Service Dog vest on our dog....I never got an answer, but it was easy to figure out with the dog in front of me. I'm not holding that against them. Because of these small issues, I only gave them 4 stars, highly recommend them.
Since getting my ID, I’ve been able to go into any restaurant with my Yorkshire Terrier. He is my faithful friend and has helped me overcome my depression. I recommend this place for getting the service animal card.

"Reflective harness, freezing parking lot, 3 AM"
Type 1 diabetic, low-blood-sugar alert dog. I work hospital overnights and walk across a dark staff parking lot at 3 AM in Wisconsin winter. Bought Elite specifically for the reflective harness. Three weeks in, the reflectivity is holding up against salt spray, which is more than I can say for any other high-vis gear I've owned. Card gets the job done inside. Harness gets the job done outside.

Four stars. Everything works — the verification page scans cleanly, the handler ID photo is sharp, the housing letter was accepted. Only nitpick: the QR code on the ID card is smaller than on some other registries. Older gate agents with worse camera focus sometimes needed two tries. Not a deal breaker, but I'd spring for a bigger QR if there was a v2.
