Registration is quick and easy. You simply need to click on the link below. Once you’re there, select the registration type, and continue to fill out the registration application. There you’ll also be able to upload your animal's picture and your signature where applicable. The cost of the registration is $9.99 plus any other options you choose, such as a physical card or a digital card, registration certificates and/or letters along with harnesses and metal harness tags. The digital documents that are available for purchase are delivered instantly to your inbox. Sometimes, the confirmation email along with the digital documents you purchased goes to the spam or junk folders instead of your inbox folder. Please check those folders for the emails you are looking for!

There is a charge, but we can update your digital documents. Changes are done within 24/48 hours. Please note, if you ask us to change the documents after they have been printed/processed there will be additional charges. When contact us to make a change, please make sure to tell us what you want changed with the correction! You can do that by submitting the contact form below.

Unfortunately, as per the terms and conditions which were presented to you prior to checking out, and you have checked off to agree to and signed in agreement of, we do not offer refunds for purchases. Because our items are custom, digital, produced and made available immediately to you, all sales are final. You may also find those terms on the receipt you received with your purchase. We regret to inform you, but your request for a refund will be denied.
