What it isn’t
The Animal ID Card is a registration ID — proof your animal is registered with USAR. It is not a medical certification, an ADA license (no such thing exists — the ADA does not require any registration or certification for service dogs), or a substitute for legitimate task-training. The card supplements your animal’s working status; it doesn’t create it.
