It is nice to have an identification card that can be scanned as my normal registration card has no barcode. Most important to me was to have something that is recognized by all the airlines I use. Also, I needed it quickly and this was a quick turnaround

I like it to be honest, it helps me out with my housing and what not because he's not considered a pet due to him being registered.

The personalized materials were produced and shipped promptly and we appreciate all the help and education that were were provided. I only have two small issues. The email that said that our package ws delivered 3 times over 5 days....a minor system glitch. The other was a message that I sent on how to put the Service Dog vest on our dog....I never got an answer, but it was easy to figure out with the dog in front of me. I'm not holding that against them. Because of these small issues, I only gave them 4 stars, highly recommend them.
