What it is — and what it isn’t
USAR documents confirm your dog’s registered status in our registry and reference the federal frameworks that apply to psychiatric service dogs (ADA, FHA, ACAA). They are not medical documentation, a diagnosis, or a prescription, and no registry — ours included — is required by law. A gold seal is presentation, not legal weight. Under the ADA, access follows from your dog being individually trained to do work or perform tasks directly related to your disability.
