What it is — and isn’t
USAR documents confirm your service dog’s registered status and reference the federal frameworks that apply to service dogs (ADA, FHA, ACAA). They are not medical letters or prescriptions. A service dog must be individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
