About ESA letters — we don’t sell them
To exercise FHA housing protections you need a letter signed by a licensed mental health professional who has assessed you. USAR does not provide that letter — registering with us isn’t the same thing, and any provider claiming to issue an “ESA letter” without an actual clinical evaluation isn’t producing one a landlord can rely on. About air travel
Under the DOT’s 2021 service-animal rule, U.S. airlines are no longer required to accept ESAs as service animals in cabin. A small number of carriers still permit ESAs as a regular pet-in-cabin or via a separate ESA policy — call your airline before you book. Our DOT Airline Form is a Service Dog / Psychiatric Service Dog document; it doesn’t apply to ESA travel.

ESA protections under the FHA come from your licensed clinician’s letter, not from any registry (no national ESA registry exists, ours included).
