Description
The collar that finishes the look — and tells everyone the dog is working.
You can put the same harness on a pet and a service dog, and most of the time only the trained handler can tell. The collar is where the signal gets clear: woven nylon stitched with “SERVICE DOG” in red, so staff, drivers, and curious strangers see the designation before they need to ask.
What’s in the box
- Reflective nylon collar — woven hi-vis thread along the length; red “SERVICE DOG” stitched on both sides.
- Plastic side-release buckle — quick on/off without going over the head.
- Welded steel D-ring — handles tags, leash clips, and harness attachments without bending.
- Adjustable in 1 cm increments across the listed size range.
Sizing
XS, S, M, L, XL. Each size has a neck-girth range listed on the size selector — measure your dog’s neck snug (not tight) and pick the size that lands near the middle of the range.
What this collar is and isn’t
A service dog collar is working equipment, not a legal credential. Your dog’s ADA public-access rights come from task training under federal law — not from the collar, the harness, or any registry (no national service dog registry exists, ours included). The collar makes the dog easier to identify and easier for the public to give space to. The legal protection comes from how the dog was trained.
Pairs naturally with: the matching reflective service dog leash, the service dog harness with handle, the metal harness tag, and a full USAR service dog registration if your dog isn’t already on file.
