We don't sell doctor letters — and here's why that matters.
A lot of registries quietly upsell "ESA letters" signed by clinicians who don't exist, aren't licensed in your state, or can't defend the letter if a landlord calls. We won't do that. If you need an ESA letter, get it from your own doctor or a vetted telehealth provider we trust. We'll handle the registration, ID cards, and gear after you do.
Pick the path that matches your situation
We only register Service Dogs, Psychiatric Service Dogs, and Emotional Support Animals. If an operator offers to "register" a therapy dog, a facility dog, or an "ADA certified" anything, that's a red flag. Honest answer first, then pick what fits.
Service Dog
Task-trained to perform a specific job for a person with a physical disability — guiding a handler with low vision, alerting to seizures, retrieving items, providing mobility support. Full public access rights under the ADA.
Psychiatric Service Dog
A service dog that performs specific trained tasks for a person with a mental-health disability — interrupting panic episodes, grounding during dissociation, reminding a handler to take medication, room searches for PTSD. Same public access rights as other service dogs.
Emotional Support Animal
A companion animal whose presence eases a diagnosed mental-health condition. ESAs don't need task training and are not granted public-access rights. They are protected in housing under the Fair Housing Act — when you have a legitimate letter from a treating clinician.
